The NPO Asato Salvador Cultural Harmonization Center, Inc. has been supporting EPA registered nurse candidates and assistant nurses who have returned to the Philippines and are trying to again take Japan’s national nursing examination. Through these activities, the flaws of the EPA system become apparent. With a sustainable support system, the number of successful candidates can be increased. I decided to start this center to address the current flaws of the support system. I will talk about these activities and their future prospects in my presentation.
